Ok my shoe size is size 10. Now Ive heard, but l cant quite recall how this went exactly, someone told me -- Boxing shoes should be half a size less than your normal running shoes. Or was it half a size more ??? lol please help me out, cause the guy said that boxing shoes expand or shrink or some shit. thank you

l wear size 10 normal shoe but size 11 boxing boots, l got adidas tyguns and a size 10 was way too tight. I'd say go up a size not down.

you should talk to your trainer about what size boxing shoes you need and if you do not have a trainer than more important than shoes is getting to a boxing gym and getting a trainer.
