Boxing bag workout/routine.

l just got a boxing bag, wanna know a good routine for a southpaw that l could do daily...... ex: 20 rigt jabs, 10 left hooks, 1min break bla bla bla..THANKS.

you should drill shots like that, mainly your jabs. You should look up Bas Rutten is MMA boxing workout. He just calls out things to do and you do them. Its a great workout.
