Two great middleweights. Mickey Walker start out at welterweight but fight all the way to heavyweight. Marcel Cerdan was considered by some to be the greatest boxer to come out of Europe. This is a close one but if l am a betting man l have to bet on Marcel Cerdan by a close decision because Mickey had some great wins but he also has 22 losses on his record.

Walker would have KOed Cerdan within 10 rounds, the ''Toy Bulldog'' was dangerous at heavyweight and much to strong for Cerdan. A lot of those 22 loses came a the higher weight classes, at middleweight Mickey Walker had enough to beat the French champion.

l gotta go with Walker on this one, Marcel was a great fighter but based on the accomplishments & the stye match-up l got to go with Walker with a KO. Marcel would of been right in there with Walker but he was not as strong & woud be bulled around & would start taking a beating by the fourth. He would hold on for a few more rounds probably because of how a good a shape he would of been in but he would wilt & be stopped by the eighth or ninth.round. Would of been a furious tussle while it lasted.
