l think the biggest possible fight (in terms of money) has got to be Ricky Hatton vs Manny Pacquiao. They're the two biggest Box Office draws ( l consider Oscar to be a declining force in Box Office after his loss) & it will also be an entertaining clash.
The fight that means the most (for me) is Margarito vs Cotto II. Their first fight was great, a classic & it showed us a lot about Cotto who was billed as the next big thing & l think he needs to show he is as good as everyone first though.
Another big fight is Arthur Abraham vs Kelly Pavlik. The Middleweight supremacy bout. because Abraham needs to capitalise on his dominance of both Miranda & Marquez, & Pavlik needs to rebound after his dominant defeat at the hands of Bernard.

Yeah l think the biggest fight in terms of finances would be any Pacman fight. In regards to most meaningful? Hmmm, l would like to see any combination of Margarito(or Cotto if his wins the rematch) Clottey, and P.Williams.
l would love to see Gamboa and Juanma fight eachother.
l would also love to see any of the top fighters at 154 go at it.

l got to agree with Knight that Arthur Abraham vs Feix Sturm would be the biggest fight in europe right now & the winner goes on to fight Pavlik for the lineal championship.
Even though he lost to Darchinyan l think a fight between Mijares vs Montiel would be a great fight for the hardcore boxing fans.
Vasquez vs Lopez would be a great action fight.
Juan Manuel Marquez vs Juan Diaz will be a great clash of styles with two fighters that only fight the best.
