l need help in boxing. l need to know what exercises l can do to improve on the following things....
strength
speed
explosive power
movement
stamina
endurance.
all tips will be appreciated!!!!

strength- calasthetics, pushups, pullps, do sit ups, dont do the big heavy weights, if your gonna lift, go w/ lighter weights and do more reps

just run run run

work on the speed bag, the heavy bag, have someone hold up some punching mitts

work on your form

jump rope a lot

shadow box and spar a lot

work on your boxing everyday

eat all of the right foods, no junk

if ur looking for power then lift heavy in all the power lifts (dead lifting, squating & benching) a few times a week & concentrate on lifting heavier weight for overall strenth 6 reps or less & it WILL NOT mess up ur speed but make sure u stretch & everyday run/sprint & work on basic bodyweight exercises (pushups, pullups, dips & cruches/situps) & make sure u do clap pushups for explosiveness & plus knuckle pushups on hard surfaces to harden & toughen up ur knuckles & shodow box as fast as u can without sacrificing technique but make sure u dont be lazy on ur legs they should always be stronger then ur upper body & u will have better balance with strong legs. if u do all these things & get good & strong with them u should be stronger faster & more powerful.

lifting lighter weights wont help u much at all & lifting mediam weights like bodybuilders do 8-12 reps wont ether. if u lift weights witch aint a bad idea then lift like a power lifter 6 reps or less cuz it stimulats the muscle more without to much growth & makes u have to use more of it including ur fast twich fibers so it wont slow u down just remember to stretch before n after to stay flexable & shadow box alittle after wit speed & u will notice a diffrance pretty quick & dont worry about curls or anything like that just movements that make ur body work as one unit. just had to correct some people on the weight lifting aspect of it but ur main focus should always be improving ur boxing skills like combos n sliping n dodging n so on & enderance, everything else just supplements u to become a better athlete
