heloo l am 13 an l have a boxing fight on the 20th december.l am not scared of the fight l jst get realy nervous in front of people can any of you give me advice :)

also l a fightin a lad who is smaller than me a lighter .

the last thing u should be worried about is the crowd.

practice.

Just ignore the crowds and do not focus or even look at them, listen to your trainer and just pretend your in the gym preparing for a sparring match, but be more vicious. Things will change after the first round of fighting as you will not care anymore and your nervousness will be thrown out the window after getting hit in the face.

there is no reason to be nervous whatsoever. there are people in that crowd who support you and want you to do well.

focus on that guy across the ring and how well you are going to do. good luck.

Do not worry, nerves are natural, l get them sometimes sparring - you can not help it.

But do not worry about the crowd, focus on your opponent. As soon as the adrenalin starts kicking in you will feel a great buzz and you will really enjoy yourself.

It is perfectly normal to feel that way. Just do your best and remember that you are the one who determines the outcome of the fight. The crowd is full of people who think they know what is going on, but are to scared to get in the ring..
