why no one give ruslan chagaev any respect

l give him all the credit in the world, he is a sound technical boxer who is good at his craft. l believe the reason he does not get credit is because the state of the heavyweight division, a lot of good fighters do not get credit because everyone keeps saying the heavyweight division is dead. It is clear this is not the next golden era of heavyweight boxing but there r some good boxers out there & Chagaev is one of the them in my opinion. The heavyweight division is going through a period just like the middleweight division was going through in the 30s & part of the 40s, the were good fighter like Freddie Steele, Ceferino Garcia, & Fred Apostili, but they did not capture the imagination of the boxing world. Sooner or later a new crop of fighters will come into the heavyweight division & breathe new life into it or one fighter will come along & dominate it.
