iam 16 wondering if l can train to throw harder punches and faster either one and not use wieghts to stop my growth for now when iam around 5'4-5'6 foot please help?

Using weights will not stunt ur growth. Just the opposite, weights can help u grow (assuming u keep ur physique in proportion & do some cardio exercise & eat a balanced diet & get lots of sleep).

To throw faster punches - start a practice session by warming up, using light weights, throwing slow punches with the best technique u can. Then, throw 3/4 speed punches with the best technique u can. Throw throw slow punches with a VERY light weight & clean technique - too heavy to start will damage ur connective tissue in elbows, shoulders, spine. Use no more than 1/2 pound to start & eventually move up to 3 to 5 pounds after several months. Finish up the workout session by throwing 3/4 speed punches with the weight.

Always watch ur technique. The idea is to repetitively train muscles & nerves to perform the required actions over time. Simply throwing punches as fast as u can will guarantee sloppy technique & weak uncontrolled punches.

l would worry about weights stunting your growth cause chances r ur not going to grow that much more anyways.
