we have a heavy bag, speed bag, gloves, head gear etc, etc..but we are not sure of an appropriate work-out.
How long should we work the bags? How long should we spar for?
Obviously we are not trying to be pro boxers, just trying to tone up and have some fun.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
